Giving a Growing Business a Fresh Online Look: 15 Years in Luxury Interiors

Refreshing an established business's online presence to reflect its growth, experience and place in the world of luxury interiors.

When Paolo.Interiors first started out, its website reflected the early days of the business. Nearly 15 years later, the company had grown considerably, building strong relationships with interior designers and architects and becoming an established name in the luxury interiors market.

What began with exporting Carrara Italian marble to the UK had evolved into something much broader: bringing exceptional materials, Italian craftsmanship and design expertise to projects across the British interiors industry.

The old website no longer reflected the business Paolo had built. It was time for a refresh that would communicate its experience, showcase its offering and reflect the quality of the people and projects it worked alongside.

The challenge

Project at a glance

The brief: Refresh the website to reflect Paolo.Interiors' growth and establish a stronger, more polished online presence.

My contribution: Website refresh, content organisation and presentation of the business's materials, expertise and offering.

The creative vision: Create a more refined online experience that reflects the quality of Italian materials and craftsmanship, while positioning Paolo.Interiors as an established partner for designers and architects.

A business that has come of age: The new website needed to tell a bigger story; one of experience, trusted relationships with leading designers, architects and building contractors, and a passion for bringing together craftsmanship, know-how and high-quality materials from around the world to meet the needs of the interior design industry.

Good Projects, Great People and New Inspiration

I’m really grateful to Paolo.Interiors for trusting me with the website refresh. The project also gave me the opportunity to work alongside Lucia Matteucci Keen, an expert in human-computer interaction and UX, whose knowledge brought so much value to the project. Working with her was a real source of inspiration and motivation, encouraging me to keep learning, stay curious and stay up to date with the latest developments in the industry.
